Deliverables:  There are several methods that your Company Leaders and Employees can receive outstanding Training:  On-site Workshops and Seminars, Private Webinar Seminars, Online Training and Public Seminars.

 

On-site Workshops: Highly interactive programs led by our experienced HR Professionals.  Your teams will thoroughly learn the concepts, will work on written exercises, will engage in roll-plays and will receive follow-up assignments and goals to reinforce the learning for the best methods to change behaviors and productively impact the workplace. Worshops are the most effective training and development  method and usually takes 3 to 4 hours per module.

 

Seminar Training:  Instructor led Seminar training provides a solid base of information let by out HR Professionals. Your teams learn the concepts and methodologies to take the new knowledge into the workplace.  Seminars are an effective learning method and usually takes 90 minutes to 2 hours per module.

 

Webinar Training:  Instructor led Webinar training provides a shorter lesson and overview of topics to provide direction and insight into the topics.  Excellent for subject introduction and refreshers. Usually takes 30 to 60 minutes.

 

Coaching and Advisory: Professional business-oriented HR Consultants provide strategic and practical coaching and advisory.  Everything from specific situational challenges to full scale business planning.
